Why we disclose

How we rank products

Rankings and recommendations on MD Passive Income are determined by an internal scoring rubric — fit-for-physician-use-case, fees, contract terms, regulatory standing, and (for insurance and lending products) the specifics that matter to doctors. The vendor with the highest commission is not automatically our top pick. Where a higher-commission vendor would be misleading for a physician audience, we say so and recommend the better product.
